The legendary FUN Gallery of 80s New York which served as a starting point for Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat is back! Hosted by Patti Astor and Meltdown Comics on Sunset Blvd., The Return of the FUN Gallery presents a new generation of artists paying tribute to legendary art, music and scene of 1980s New York City. The show features works by original Fun Gallery artists Kenny Scharf, John Ahearn and graffiti legend Duro, as well as a new generation of artist including Ron English, Blaine Fontana, and Tuesday’ers Patrick Shipstad and Paula Tade. This video features a time-lapse capture of of the night sky passing over Fort Davis at the 2009 Texas Star Party. Images were captured with a modified Canon 5D, EF 15mm fisheye lens at f2.8 at 15 second intervals.
