Jet Propulsion Laboratory has a database of about a million photographs after their decades of successful space missions.  To help grow their community of students, faculty and astronomers of all levels, they decided to give their website a major upgrade.  To accomplish this, we worked with JPL to map out the kinds of features expected in best-of-call photo websites and photo software.  Next, we created the complete user experience and design for the site.  We then worked to integrate the designs with their existing back-end, allowing for a complete front-end redesign while minimizing the overall project cost.
